I’m Ellie

I was born and raised in charming Kansas City, with its historic architecture and local pride. After college, I embraced new adventure by moving to Chicago, drawn by its endless opportunities to grow for the last 7 years. I recently returned home to KC and am getting married here Fall 2026!

Hobbies

I joke that I have the hobbies of your average grandma. I love to knit, experiment with a new sourdough recipe, or stay in on the couch watching a historical drama with my cat Chubs curled up on my lap.

Photography

I have fallen head over heels for photography. It started with just wanting to take pictures of my cutie niece, friends while out and about, and beautiful lake Michigan but I was instantly drawn to it. Now, a single day doesn't pass without looking through my lens.

Education

I got my degree in textile & apparel management at Mizzou in 2018, go tigers!

For photography, I took classes at Richard Strohmberg Photography School where I learned the ins & outs of all things camera, editing, etc.
